Has your deal been affected by Japanese Knotweed?
According to a recent poll, a quarter of mortgage brokers have had deals withdrawn due to a drastic case of Japanese Knotweed.
The problem, which often isn’t discovered until the property is valued, has been somewhat of a issue lately, and the recent poll from Mortgage Solutions found that at least two-thirds of brokers questioned had dealt with a case where Japanese Knotweed had been discovered at a property, although some were lucky enough to see the deal continue.
