The Financial Conduct Authority have answered brokers’ most frequently asked questions on the Mortgage Market Review and the results can be found on their website.
Based on a summary of popular discussions during last year’s MMR roadshows, the FCA have now published answers to the FAQs, including topics such as advice, disclosure rules and execution-only sales.
A follow up to these FAQs will include a webcast on intermediary issues.
