New Help to Buy Products Launch
This week has seen Help to Buy news from both Santander and the Post Office.
Santander are launching new Help to Buy products through their direct and intermediary channels.
The products include:
– 4.99% 2 year Fixed rate, no fee
– 5.49% 5 year Fixed rate, no fee
– 4.99% 2 year Variable rate tracker, no fee
The Post Office have announced that they will join the Help to Buy Scheme, designed to help those with lower deposits onto the property ladder, however have yet to unveil their rates.
